Abstract English

Topic of the research is the eloquence in the ruling statements given by Allah, the most Merciful. (Surah An-nisa as an example)And the study is based upon exploring specialties in the structures of the words in the verses of commandments and it's miraculous eloquence in the clear qur'anic statements.It (the research) consists of an introduction, two researches and a postface .As for the introduction, it explains the importance of the topic and the reasons what lead to it's selection, it's sources, it's curriculum and it's indexAnd as for the two researches on the commandments of sura An-Nisa it as as the following:First research: the first commandment of Allah in the portions of inheritance, verse 11 to 12 from surah An-NisaThird research: the third commandment (command if attaining peity) to the people of the book, verse 131 from surah An-NisaTo note that all the researches have been researched on the aspect of eloquence in single words as in the position of a word at a particular place, its relation to the verse and it's relation to the surah. Uncovering in this study much from the specialties of eloquence, the manner of the commandment by the Most Merciful in the glorious book Quran.Lastly the postface of the research consists a summary on important results of the researchand recommendations.

الملخص العربي

عُنِيَ هذا البحث بتحليل خصائص التراكيب في آيات الوصايا في سورة النساء ودلالتها البلاغية في البيان القرآني.وقد سبق الدراسةَ تمهيدٌ بالحديث عن الوصية في القرآن الكريم، مواطن ورودها ومعانيها، ثم جاء المبحث الأول فتناولت فيه بلاغة وصية الله عز وجل للمؤمنين في قسمة الميراث في الآيتين (11-12) من سورة النساء. وفي المبحث الثاني تناولت وصية الله عز وجل لأهل الكتاب وللمسلمين بالتقوى في الآية (131) من سورة النساء. وقد ذكرت مناسبة الوصيتين للسياق العام للسورة الكريمة، ولسياقهما الخاص، وتتبعت الدراسة البلاغية في المبحثين مستوى الكلمة خاصة اختيار المفردة القرآنية في الموضع الذي وردت فيه من الآية، وعلاقتها بالسياق الخاص لآييات الي وردت فيها من الوصية، أما مستوى اجممل والأسلوب فتناولت فيه تحليل خصائص التراكيب في آيات الوصايا ودلالتها البلاغية في البيان القرآني، وأهم النتائج الي وردت في خاتمة البحث هي أن الوقوف على البيان المعجز لآيات وصايا الله تعالى في القرآن الكريملا يمكن الإحاطة بكل ما فيه من دلالات ومعانٍ، إنما هو اجتهاد كلما بذل فيه اجمهد المخلص آتى ثماره بإذن الله. وقد اتسمت الوصايا القرآنية محل الدراسة بحسن توظيف الألفاظ وجمال نظمها تقديما وتأخيرا، وبتنوع الأساليب المعبرة من أسلوب الشرط والاعتراض وجملة الحال، والتفصيل بعد الإجمال، وكذلك الإيجاز بالحذف، والتكرار.
