Journal of Arabic Science and Humanities

Journal of Arabic Science and Humanities (JASH) is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access journal published quarterly (January, April, July, October) by Qassim University since 2008. Originally launched in print and now fully digital, JASH provides a platform for high-quality scholarship in the humanities and social sciences and is committed to ethical publishing and academic excellence. The journal publishes articles in both Arabic and English across disciplines including Arabic language and literature, English language and translation studies, history, geography, sociology, and social work. JASH welcomes original research articles, review essays, case studies, and special issue contributions, encouraging both theoretical innovation and empirical research that advance local, regional, and global dialogue. All content is freely accessible under an open access policy, ensuring broad dissemination and visibility. The journal is indexed and abstracted in leading academic databases (e.g., EBSCO), enhancing its reach and scholarly impact. On average, the time from submission to final acceptance is 3–4 months, reflecting the journal’s commitment to timely and rigorous peer review.
