Abstract English

This research intends to review present-day Readings in an Andalusian prose text; The Comic Letter of ibn Zaydun, a memorandum that left a flawless impression on literature and criticism, both ancient and contemporary. As a result of its main and secondary texts, and its extraversion to elucidations. Albeit the profusion of Readings on it; The Readings - did not get their due portion of review and criticism. However, the research selected five Readings demonstrating different critical theories, which were able to divulge the Readings' obligation to theoretical aptitude and applied practice, got much out of Johanna Natali's review approach, which is based on the Reading question as follows: objectives, text, and critical practice. Meanwhile, the research has handled this while presenting the selected readings, and finally tracking the extent to which it attains the concepts of reading, its response to its key principles, and the hitches it incurred.

الملخص العربي

يهدف هذا البحث إلى مراجعة القراءات المعاصرة في نص نثري أندلسي؛ الرسالة الهزلية لابن زيدون، وهي رسالة تركت أثرًا واضحًا على الأدب والنقد قديمًا وحديثًا؛ بسبب متنيها: الرئيسي والفرعي، وانفتاحها على التأويلات. وعلى الرغم من تعدد القراءات عليها؛ فإنها -القراءات- لم تأخذ نصيبها من المراجعة والنقد؛ فاخترت خمس قراءات تمثل نظريات نقدية مختلفة، تمكّن من الكشف عن التزام القراءات بالوعد النظري والممارسة التطبيقية، مستفيدًا من أسلوب مراجعة جوهانا ناتالي الذي يقوم على سؤال القراءة بالآتي: الأهداف، والمتن، والممارسة النقدية، وقد تناولت ذلك أثناء مراجعة القراءات المختارة، متتبعًا مدى تحقيقها مفاهيم القراءة، واستجابتها لمبادئها الكبرى، والإشكالات التي عرضت لها.
