Abstract English
The first Muslims migrated to Abyssinia, and lived there for years. When they returned to their country, they would talk from time to time about what happened to them in Abyssinia, and describe the events and situations they witnessed in that country. Thus, they transferred pages from the political and cultural history of this country in the first quarter of The seventh century AD, and after collecting and arranging it, it came in three sections. First, Al-Najashi’s personality, religion, and features of the system of government and administration in his state. Second, The revolution against the Negus and his victory over his enemy in the war. Third, Glimpses of community life in Abyssinia.
الملخص العربي
هاجر المسلمون الأوائل إلى الحبشة، وبقوا سنوات يعيشون هناك، وحين عادوا إلى بلادهم جعلوا يتحدثون بين آونة وأخرى عما جرى لهم في بلاد الحبشة، ويصفون ما شاهدوه في تلك البلاد من حوادث ومواقف، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى جمع ما تفرق في المصادر من أخبار تلك الحوادث والمواقف، ومن ثم ترتيبها وتحليها والوصول فيها إلى عرض حقبة من تاريخ الحبشة في الربع الأول من القرن السابع الميلادي. وقد جاءت الدراسة في مباحث ثلاثة، أولا: شخصية النجاشي وديانته وملامح من نظام الحكم والإدارة في دولته، ثانيا: الثورة على النجاشي وانتصاره على عدوه في الحرب، ثالثاً : لمحات من حياة المجتمع في الحبشة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أبرزها: كانت الحبشة حينذاك تحكم بالنظام الملكي. كان البلاط الملكي يتشكل من البطارقة والقساوسة والرهبان. كذلك كان أفراد المجتمع الحبشي في تلك الحقبة مجتمعًا حضريًا يمارس حياته وفق أنظمة وعادات وتقاليد معروفة بينهم
