Abstract English

This research explores the impact of storytelling on the intellectual and emotional development of children, with a focus on how imagination influences creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Moreover, the study underscores the importance of imagination as a powerful tool in child development, capable of nurturing various aspects of a child's personality. Findings reveal that imagination significantly contributes to enhancing creativity, facilitating adaptability, improving psychological well-being, and fostering communication and cooperation skills. The research further emphasizes the necessity of selecting appropriate storytelling content that reflects the values of the digital age. By doing so, educators and caregivers can effectively leverage the transformative power of storytelling and imagination to promote comprehensive child development.

الملخص العربي

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير الخيال القصصي على النموّ الفكري والعاطفي للأطفال، وتكمن مشكلته في تحديد مدى تأثير الخيال على تنمية التفكير الإبداعي وحلّ المشكلات عندهم، وتبرز أهمية البحث في تأكيده على أن الخيال يمثل أداة قوية في تربية الطفل، ويمكن استغلاله بفعالية لتنمية جوانب متعددة من شخصيته، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن الخيال يلعب دورًا حيويًا في تشكيل شخصية الطفل؛ إذ يعزّز الإبداع، ويساهم في التكيّف، ويحسّن الحالة النفسية، كما يساعد في تطوير مهارات التواصل والتعاون، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة اختيار الرسوم المتحركة التي تعزز قيم العصر الإلكتروني
